Get an opportunity to learn from Lea, your yoga coach for the week – a yogini with over 25 years of international experience in sharing and teaching yoga, she is a true health advocate and supportive guide in personal change processes. Emphasis will be on gentle Vinyasa yoga flow, where Lea skilfully integrates elements from different yoga traditions, such as classical hatha yoga, Tibetan yoga, and modern vinyasa or yin yoga, to create an embodied feeling of peace, calmness and joy. Lea will also guide you through breath work and meditation, and talks /coaching on mindful living. Embodied Yoga means that all the experiences of life are stored and potent in the body, and through wise yoga practices, we empower the body towards its potential. This retreat is limited to 15 people, in order to give high-quality guidance and assistance. Retreat is suitable for new beginners and intermediate level of practice. Pressure off 🙂
