In this tranquil setting, we invite you to step away from the routines of daily life and reconnect with your inner self. Our retreat is designed for those who long for a deeper understanding of yoga and their unique journey. The emphasis rests on exploration and discovery rather than achievement, allowing you to grow in your yoga practice at your own pace.

 

Guided by a senior teacher, this retreat provides subtle direction to help you connect with your natural, effortless essence and rediscover yourself. It ensures you feel supported and comfortable while establishing new yoga habits.

 

During the retreat, you will have the enriching opportunity to explore and practise a diverse range of yoga styles, from dynamic Vinyasa to soft Yin/Restorative and unique Tibetan yoga. This variety will broaden your understanding of yoga and keep you engaged and excited throughout the retreat.

 

We will also study sacred yoga texts and relate them to today’s life and growth. Through group work, deep enquiry, nature trips, and lots of fun, we encourage authentic connections within the group and with the wonderful people we meet at the yoga site.

 

The retreat is accredited as a 75-hour YACEP continuous education in Yoga.

 

Daily Schedule

 

07:15 – Vinyasa Yoga. Breathing. Meditation.

09:30 – Breakfast

10:30 – Rest or Chill by the beach

12:00 – Yoga sacred texts. Discussion.

14:30 – Restorative/Yin/Tibetan Yoga

16:00 – Beach time!

19:00 – Dinner

20:30 – Optional (meditation, night swim, mystic walks)

22:00 – 07:00 Mauna (noble silence)

 

Optional:

Gong bath. Angelic singing. Yoga Nidra.

Massages (shiatsu, oil)

Hill climb sunrise meditation

Dolphins trip
