Mental fitness is your state of mental wellbeing — it represents your ability to make decisions, your awareness, and how you respond to life’s challenges. It involves developing core psychological resources and becoming aware of how you think, behave, and feel.
If you’re not physically fit, you’ll feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill. If you’re not mentally fit, you’ll feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, when faced with challenges – from everyday stress, conflicts, anger, pain, grief.
In the quiet environment of the Island of Iž we will build a small group of trusting individuals to strengthen our mental fitness through guided, practical exercises that deliver immediate, noticeable benefits. We will share our stories and train our brain to serve us better.

Tatjana Jakovljević prof.,
Mental fitness coach, communication expert, and educator.
With many years of experience as a lecturer and educator, I bring my background into coaching focused on strengthening mental fitness as a response to both personal and professional challenges.
I lead workshops on communication and relationships, conflict management, resilience building, stress reduction, public speaking preparation, team management.
My coaching approach integrates scientific research from psychology and neuroscience, along with interdisciplinary methods and transformational principles.
I facilitate workshops and individual coaching sessions in both Croatian and English.
I obtained my first coaching certification in 2014 in Croatia, and since 2022 PQ Coach Shirzad Chamine (Stanford University, USA).
