What is Gokul Yoga?
It is yoga taught through a living lineage.
Gokul Yoga is not a modern invention, a personal method, or a contemporary interpretation of yoga. It is an authentic and traditional path, transmitted through an unbroken spiritual lineage (paramparā).
This rare yoga tradition is preserved within the Brahma Madhva Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava Sampradāya, an eternal disciplic succession, maintained today under the careful guidance of Mahāyogī Gokulacandra.
He supports dedicated students and aspiring practitioners while serving the paramparā as Trāta Śikṣaka—an instructing authority who protects the lineage.
Gokul Yoga remains a living tradition through daily practice, understanding, and repetition.

The Practice — As It Is
Gokul Yoga offers a complete traditional practice aimed at reaching the ultimate goal of yoga through:
• A systematic āsana sequence — Vinyasa Sādhana
• 70% internal and 30% external practice
• Supportive breathing and prāṇāyāma
• Mantra meditation
• Study of Vedic scriptures
• Exploration of the internal dimensions of practice
• Theory and philosophy to support daily practice
Gokul Yoga is not a casual practice, a trend, or a path of experimentation.
It requires sincerity, patience, discipline, and humility. For those who are ready, it is a rare opportunity to engage with true yoga—preserved through centuries, pure, living, and faithful.
The Entry Point — Ādi Krama
For those seeking a spiritual path through yoga, the entry point is the Ādi Krama classes, led by senior practitioners who have been practicing consistently, day after day, under proper guidance, in order to transmit the teachings as they are—without modification.
Ādi Krama provides the proper foundation for spiritual practice. It is not divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels; rather, it establishes a foundational path that is practiced repeatedly over time.
Through the continuous relationship between teacher and student, the teachings are directly transmitted, and the practice is revealed to the student. Yoga is received and maintained through this connection.
Gokul Yoga. A living tradition practiced daily.
